By accessing and using Youth Job Board Canada ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for more than 12 months. You must be at least 15 years of age to create a Job Seeker account and at least 18 years of age to create an Employer account.
4. Job Postings
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. All postings must comply with applicable federal and provincial employment laws, including human rights legislation and labour standards. Postings must not contain discriminatory language, misleading information, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any posting that violates these Terms or applicable law without notice or refund. Job postings remain live for the duration specified by the selected plan and auto-renew unless cancelled.
5. Payments and Billing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All plans auto-renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the posting has not received applications. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
6. Proof of Posting Certificate
The Proof of Posting certificate is provided as a record that a job was advertised on the Platform. It includes a QR code for verification. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the certificate will satisfy specific legal or regulatory requirements. Employers should consult legal counsel regarding their compliance obligations.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Youth Job Board Canada does not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of job postings, or the suitability of candidates. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
