Salary: $26.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Tasks
• Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials on exterior walls of residential and commercial buildings.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Align and secure siding panels using nails, screws, or other fasteners to ensure a precise and durable installation.
• Apply caulking, sealants, and weatherproofing materials to joints and seams to ensure proper insulation and protection against moisture.
• Repair or replace damaged or worn siding materials and ensure proper finishing to maintain the building’s appearance and structural integrity.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, levels, and measuring equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety codes, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members and site supervisors to complete projects within deadlines and maintain high safety standards
