Job Duties

• Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance camera systems
• Control access to buildings by verifying identification and credentials
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents promptly
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
• Enforce building rules, regulations, and safety policies
• Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with directions and information
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle at regular intervals
• Monitor fire and safety systems and report any malfunctions
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Provide crowd control and parking assistance during events

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: No experience required

Work Conditions

• Shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• May require working outdoors in various weather
• Must remain alert and attentive at all times
