Job Duties
- Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance camera systems
- Control access to buildings by verifying identification and credentials
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents promptly
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
- Enforce building rules, regulations, and safety policies
- Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with directions and information
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle at regular intervals
- Monitor fire and safety systems and report any malfunctions
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Provide crowd control and parking assistance during events
Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: No experience required
Work Conditions
- Shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- May require working outdoors in various weather
- Must remain alert and attentive at all times
