Sales Development Representative (SDR)Full-Time

LSF is building a sales team that develops leaders from within. You do not need prior immigration experience. You do need energy, discipline, curiosity and the confidence to speak with people who are making important life decisions. Strong performers can progress from setter to closer in approximately 3-6 months based on demonstrated results - not tenure alone.

Who this is for:

• You are fluent in Spanish and communicate

professionally in English; other languages are an asset.

• You enjoy the phone, recover quickly from rejection

and are willing to be coached every week.

• Sales or client-service experience is useful, but

aptitude matters more than pedigree; you document

every touch and follow up without being chased.

What you will own:

• Respond rapidly to inbound leads and conduct

consistent phone, text and email follow-up.

• Qualify needs, urgency and fit; schedule paid

consultations for the appropriate closer or RCIC.

• Set clear expectations, handle first-line objections and

maintain accurate records while learning LSF's services

and ethical boundaries.

How success is measured:

• In a high-volume setting environment, approximately

5-6 qualified appointments per day after ramp-up.

• Speed to lead, show rate, qualification quality, follow-

up, downstream conversion and CRM discipline - not

empty calendar volume.

WORK MODEL: In-office during probation
