Wage: $19-21/hour

Job Duties:

• Providing automotive parts sales and customer service to customers.

• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.

• Using product knowledge to identify parts and explain applications, specifications, and compatibility.

• Processing customer orders, sales, payments, and transactions accurately.

• Receiving, organizing, stocking, and restocking inventory. 

• Maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring products are properly organized and available for sale.

• Handling customer questions, product concerns, and returns while providing appropriate solutions. 

Employment Requirements/work experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, warehouse operations, or automotive parts is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, or the willingness and ability to learn on the job 

Personal Suitability:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Good verbal and written communication.

• Attention to detail when identifying parts, checking orders, and maintaining inventory records.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
