Mike’s Audio Video Ltd. is located at Unit B-3443 9TH St., Houston, BC V0J 1Z0. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Retail Store Supervisor. If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail or mail.

Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Wage: CAD$24.00/hour  

Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including weekends and holidays)

Working hours: 30~40 hours/week

Benefit: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:

·           Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff;

·           Assign duties to staff and prepare work schedules;

·           Authorize payments by cheque, product exchanges, and returns of merchandise;

·           Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is adequately stocked;

·           Order merchandise and arrange for replenishment of low-stock items;

·           Use knowledge of audio, video, electronic, and related consumer products to provide information and recommendations to customers;

·           Maintain sales records for inventory control;

·           Resolve customer complaints and address customer inquiries in a professional manner;

·           Train staff and monitor staff performance;

·           Ensure the store, display areas, and merchandise are maintained clean and organized;

·           Arrange and maintain product displays, promotional materials, and signage.

Job Requirements:

·           Completion of secondary school is required;

·           2-3 years of retail sales experience is required.
