Responsibilities
Tasks
Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Sell merchandise
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Manage cash
Supervise office and volunteer staff
Follow emergency and safety procedures

Skill Requirements:
Valid SellSafe certification as required by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC).
Must meet all AGLC licensing/registration requirements applicable to retail cannabis staff.
Successful completion of all mandatory company compliance and health & safety training.
Valid First Aid certification is considered an asset.
