Job Duties

• Greet visitors, clients, and patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Schedule and confirm appointments using booking software
• Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and deliveries
• Maintain reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition
• Process payments and issue receipts for services rendered
• Enter and update client information in electronic database systems
• Prepare and proofread correspondence, invoices, and other documents
• Order office supplies and manage inventory for front office
• Provide general information about services to walk-in and telephone inquiries

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
