Prepress Field Service TechnicianFull-Time

About the Role

ECO3 is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing ECO3 prepress equipment at customer sites.

You will work closely with customers to ensure their equipment operates efficiently and safely, providing technical support and training when needed

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair assigned ECO3 prepress equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance, service visits, and repairs in accordance with established procedures.

• Conduct safety checks and verify equipment performance at customer sites.

• Document service calls, expenses, and time reports accurately and within established deadlines.

• Manage spare parts orders and returns.

• Provide technical training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

• Identify opportunities to promote ECO3 products, services, and maintenance agreements.

• Follow all safety policies, including those related to operating a company vehicle.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and technical teams

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial mechanics, electrical systems, technical maintenance, or a related field.

• Experience in the prepress or printing industry is preferred.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage service activities.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites.

• A valid driver's license is required.
