One (1) Corporate Bar Manager in North York, ONFull-Time

Cafe Landwer is looking for One (1) Corporate Bar Manager to perform the following duties:

·         To act as Corporate Bar Manager for the restaurant chain, i.e. all locations

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant chain’s bar

·         Determine type of drinks to be offered by the restaurant chain and implement operational procedures

·         Oversee staff training

·         Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

·         Manage inventory, monitor revenues

·         Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Enforce provincial legislation and regulations

·         May negotiate arrangements with suppliers

·         May negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.

Terms of Employment:

·         Salary: $37 per hour; 44 hours per week

·         Permanent, Full-Time

·         Start date: immediately

Skills Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: no education required

·         Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in commercial food preparation/ food service sector
