Nurturing Hearts Montessori is seeking F/T Early Childhood Educators
Position Info:
· Position: Early Childhood Educator
· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
· Wage: $21.57~$24.57/hour (depending on experience)
· Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
· Number of Positions: 3
· Work Location: 101-21025 48 Avenue, Langley, BC V3A 3M3

Job Duties:
· Design and provide childcare programs aimed at supporting children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
· Plan and conduct daily activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and physical activities
· Create and maintain a healthy and safe environment that promotes the well-being of children
· Evaluate the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss their progress or challenges with parents and other staff members
· Monitor children closely and write reports for parents, guardians or supervisors for any potential learning or behavioural problems
· Guide children in carrying out daily routines such as eating, dressing, and appropriate toilet habits
· Build and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers
Job requirements:
· Education: College Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required
· Certificate: First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate and E.C.E. Certificate
· Experience: Experience is an asset
· Language: English
