Nanny Full-Time

We are currently looking to hire a Nanny for our child. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, fun-loving, caring, trustworthy, and calm, with excellent communication skills.

Position Details:

Number of positions: 1

Salary: $20.00 per hour 

Start date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time; year-round work.

Work Setting: Private home located in Surrey, BC.

Work Location: Surrey, BC, V3S 7K4 (Intersection of 62 Avenue and 171 Street, Surrey, BC)

Job duties:

·         Supervise and care for the child during the parents’ absence to ensure the child’s safety and well-being.

·         Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the child and handle housekeeping tasks associated with the child’s daily activities.

·         Encourage and instruct the child in personal hygiene and social development.

·         Provide support with homework, school assignments, and learning activities.

·         Engage the child in age-appropriate educational activities, including games, crafts, reading sessions etc.

·         Accompany the child to school, extracurricular activities, parks, and appointments when required.

·         Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment for child.

·         Guide and discipline the child in accordance with parental instructions and expectations.

Requirements:

·         Completion of Secondary school.

·         At least 6 months of relevant work experience or completion of the training program in childcare or a related field.

·         Must be able to communicate in English.

·         Ability to work without supervision.
