Job Details:
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time
Shifts: Day, early morning, evening, on-call, and weekend shifts.
Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Setting: Employer’s home (on-site work only, no remote option)

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and Care for Children:

Ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times.
Tend to the emotional well-being of children.
Personal Hygiene & Social Development:

Instruct children on personal hygiene.
Support the social development of children by teaching them good manners and social skills.
Organize Activities:

Plan and organize activities such as games, educational tasks, and outings.
Meal Preparation:

Prepare and serve nutritious meals to children, ensuring they have balanced and healthy food.
Transportation:

Take children to and from school, as well as to appointments when needed.
Environment Maintenance:

Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children at all times.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or related work.

Skills & Qualifications:
Required Certifications:

CPR Certificate
First Aid Certificate
Specialization:

Care and supervision for a multi-aged group of children.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to handle repetitive tasks.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Personal Suitability:
Patience: Must have patience when dealing with children and their varying needs.
Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, ensuring all responsibilities are handled efficiently.

Additional Information:
The position requires you to work on-site at the employer’s home. This is not a remote work position.
The work schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call hours, so flexibility is required.
