Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes and foods according to recipes
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring
  • Cook food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meets restaurant standards
  • Monitor food temperatures and storage to comply with health regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and kitchen area
  • Assist with inventory management and food ordering as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members during peak service hours
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Prepare sauces, dressings, and other condiments from scratch
  • Plate and garnish dishes according to menu specifications

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
