Job Duties
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes and foods according to recipes
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and equipment
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring
- Cook food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets restaurant standards
- Monitor food temperatures and storage to comply with health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and food ordering as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen team members during peak service hours
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Prepare sauces, dressings, and other condiments from scratch
- Plate and garnish dishes according to menu specifications
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
