ATC Cleaning Inc. is actively seeking two energetic, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our team as full-time Light Duty Cleaners in Ottawa. This position is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for youth and students looking to build an excellent operational work ethic. We provide comprehensive, fully paid on-the-job training and direct management mentorship to ensure your success, meaning no prior cleaning experience is required.

Daily Responsibilities

• - Sweep, mop, wash, wax, and polish floors at various residential and commercial client sites.

• - Dust furniture and vacuum carpets, area rugs, and upholstered draperies.

• - Clean, sanitize, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures, sinks, and appliances.

• - Empty trash bins, clear waste containers, and ensure debris is safely disposed of.

• - Perform light maintenance detailing on walls, interior windows, and ceilings.

• - Document and report any safety hazards or client facility issues to management.

What We Look For

• - Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

• - Experience: No experience required; complete training is provided.

• - Core Skills: Strong punctuality, dependable work ethic, and an eye for small details.

• - Requirements: Ability to handle physical labor (bending, crouching, kneeling) and work independently.

• - Security: Must be able to pass a standard criminal record background check.

Benefits & Compensation

• - $20.00/hour starting wage + potential for client gratuities/tips.

• - 4% vacation pay or 10 paid days off annually.
