Smitty�s Restaurant & Lounge is seeking F/T Food Service Supervisors.

Overview

Position Info:
·         Position: Food Service Supervisor
·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
·         Wage: $16.50~$19.00/hour (depending on experience)
·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
·         Number of Positions:  2
·         Work Location: 162 – 168 Main Street, Selkirk, MB R1A 1R3

Benefits:
·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
·         Supervise and coordinate food service staff’s activities
·         Handle customers’ complaints, concerns, and inquiries
·         Ensure the quality of food and services meets control standards
·         Keep track of stock, sales, and wastage
·         Participate in the recruitment of food service staff when required
·         Train staff in job duties and safety procedures
·         Establish staff work schedules

Job requirements:
·         Language: English
·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
