Fariborzi Family is looking for One (1) Home Support Worker to perform the following duties:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meal
• Assist with bathing and dressing
• Maintain safe and healthy environment in home
• Light housekeeping duties related to care
• Travel and attend all appointments
• Provide bedside care
• Assist in regular exercise

Terms: Full-time
Start date: Immediately
Salary: $22.60 per hour/30 hours per week

Work location:
• Private home in Waterloo, ON N2L 1P5
• Major intersection: Westmount Rd. S and Erb St. W
• Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis

Skills Requirements:
Education: minimum Secondary school or equivalent
Experience: 12 months training or relevant experience
