We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Support Worker to provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes. The successful candidate will assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support, while helping clients maintain their independence and dignity. Responsibilities also include meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, grocery shopping, companionship, and assisting with daily activities. The Home Support Worker will observe and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition, maintain accurate records, and follow all health and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is patient, dependable, and able to work independently. Previous caregiving experience and relevant certifications such as First Aid/CPR or Home Support Worker training are considered assets.
