The senior requires assistance with daily activities, personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. The successful candidate will help ensure the client's comfort, safety, dignity, and quality of life while allowing them to remain in their home environment.

This is a live-out position. However, optional accommodation is available at no cost to the caregiver if desired. Accepting the accommodation is completely voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing respectful and quality care to seniors.

Duties:

• -Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• -Assist with walking, moving around the home, and preventing falls.

• -Help with toileting and other daily care needs.

• -Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks.

• -Help with feeding if needed.

• -Provide companionship and emotional support.

• -Assist with medication administration as directed by family members and healthcare professionals.

• -Observe and report changes in the client’s physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to family members.

• -Help keep the client comfortable and safe.

• -Accompany the client to medical appointments if needed.

• -Do light housekeeping related to the client's care, including:

• -Laundry

• -Changing bed linens

• -Cleaning the client's room and living area

• -Meal preparation

• -Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
