Responsibilities

Tasks

• Assist clients with their daily activities and help with personal care.

• Assist the client with ambulation, personal hygiene, and dressing.

• Prepare meals according to the client’s dietary needs.

• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain cleanliness around the client's living space.

• Give medication reminders
