GreenTech Solutions is on the lookout for a motivated IT Support Technician to join our Toronto team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Performing regular maintenance and updates on client systems.
Documenting issues and solutions in our ticketing system.
Assisting with the setup and deployment of new equipment and software.
The ideal candidate will possess:

A diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
