Foamed Insulation applicator Full-Time

PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC, Niverville, MB is looking for a full time Foamed Insulation applicator (NOC 72321) to be a part of their team at the earliest.

Job duties

• Applying spray foam insulation accurately across various residential and commercial applications using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods.

• Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools

• Demonstrating a solid understanding of spray foam products, installation techniques, and basic building science.

• Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs

• Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials

• Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers

• Managing job sites effectively, maintaining quality control, inventory, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

• Maintaining professional communication with clients, contractors, and other trades on-site.

Education & Experience:
Completion of secondary school is required.

Atleast 1-2 years of proven experience in insulation installation works or as an insulator helper is required.

Skills:

·       Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders and scaffolding, and working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.

·       Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing code-compliant, high-quality work.

·       Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

·       Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights if necessary.
