Embroidery Machine OperatorFull-Time

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to become a valued member of the team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with embroidery machines, a strong sense of creativity, and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring consistently high standards of quality in every design.

Responsibilities:

Create and develop embroidery designs based on client or production requirements
Operate and manage Barudan 6-Head Embroidery Machines efficiently
Set up machines, including thread selection, hooping, and design placement
Monitor production to ensure quality and consistency of embroidery work
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting when required
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Embroidery Designer or similar role
Hands-on experience with Barudan 6-Head Embroidery Machines
Strong attention to detail and creativity in design
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good organizational and time management skills
