Lan Vietnamese Express is currently looking an experienced cooks to fill our vacancies in Parksville (BC), starting as soon as possible join our Restaurant.

The main duties are:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations

Working schedule: Morning, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours.

Education: No Degree, Certificate or Diploma

Number of vacancies: 3 positions

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in the same position or restaurant setting

Wage: $21.25-$22.25/ hour and 40 hours/week
