Concrete Finisher (Swimming Pool Installation)Full-Time

Main duties

• -Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement, and direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces to grade.

• -Fill hollows, remove high spots, and level and smooth freshly poured concrete for pool shells, decks, and patios

• -Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools (floats, trowels, power trowels, screeds)----

• -Apply curing, hardening, and sealing compounds

• -Waterproof, damp-proof, and restore concrete surfaces

• -Install anchor bolts, plates, and fixtures in freshly poured concrete

• -Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged concrete sections

• -Provide winterization services, spring start-ups, equipment repairs, and ongoing

  maintenance for existing customer pools

• -Apply concrete finishing skills to indoor projects, commercial work, stamped concrete,

  garage floors, or other year-round construction contracts secured by the company

• -Maintain and repair company tools, equipment, vehicles, and facilities; organize

  inventory and prepare materials for the next construction season

• -Participate in safety training, skill development, shop organization, and support.
