Food Service Supervisor

11934074 CANADA INC. o/a Coco Fresh Tea and Juice is looking for an experience full-time food service supervisor in Oshawa, Ontario. Main duties include:

·         Participate in training and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service, quality bubble tea and desire sales goal

·         Establish methods to meet work schedules

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

·         Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

·         Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

·         Hire food service staff

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Prepare and submit reports

·         Establish work schedules

Hourly wage: $18/hour and 30-36 hours a week.

Experience: one to less than 2 years experiences in the same field or position.

Education: College Diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

·         Morning, afternoon and evening shifts

·         Weekends and holidays
