Job Duties

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites and work performed to ensure quality standards are met
  • Train new cleaning staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Prepare work schedules and assign duties to cleaning team members
  • Order cleaning supplies, equipment, and maintain adequate inventory
  • Resolve client complaints and address performance issues with staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Prepare reports on staff attendance, work completed, and supply usage
  • Assist with cleaning duties during peak periods or staff shortages
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks with team

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Conditions

  • Physically active role — walking and standing throughout shift
  • May require evening or weekend shifts
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and products

Requirements
