Cleaning SupervisorFull-Time

D&P Janitorial is located at 1992 Lahti Road, Houston, BC V0J 1Z0. We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Cleaning Supervisor. If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail or mail.

Position: Cleaning Supervisor

Wage: CAD $25.98 per hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent (should be available Mondays to Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.)

Working hours: 30~40 hours per week

Benefits:  4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

•    Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure daily tasks are completed properly;
•    Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met;
•    Identify service needs and arrange or recommend additional work such as repairs or other maintenance requirements when necessary;
•    Provide training and guidance to new and existing cleaning staff on work procedures and safety practices;
•    Organize and assign daily and weekly cleaning schedules;
•    Monitor compliance of work performed by cleaners ;
•    Prepare basic cost estimates and monitor the use of cleaning supplies and operational expenses;
•    Communicate with management to request supplies, equipment, and materials in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

·       Completion of secondary school; and

·       2–3 years of experience in cleaning with supervisory experience is required.
