Job Duties
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of cleaning staff
- Inspect sites and work performed to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new cleaning staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties to cleaning team members
- Order cleaning supplies, equipment, and maintain adequate inventory
- Resolve client complaints and address performance issues with staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare reports on staff attendance, work completed, and supply usage
- Assist with cleaning duties during peak periods or staff shortages
- Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks with team
Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Conditions
- Physically active role — walking and standing throughout shift
- May require evening or weekend shifts
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and products
