Job Duties

• Operate cash register and process customer payments accurately
• Greet customers warmly and provide courteous service
• Scan items, bag purchases, and handle returns or exchanges
• Process cash, debit, credit card, and gift card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and promotions
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays
• Count cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Report discrepancies in cash amounts to supervisor
• Follow all loss prevention and store security procedures

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: No experience required
