Key Role Responsibilities
·         Maintaining facilities and equipment, and purchasing office supply

·         Organizing meetings and setting appointments

·         Overseeing the conduction of the administrative procedures

·         Handling received letters from the immigration office and keeping deadlines

·         Maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

·         Helping to Create and manage office budgets and bookkeeping activities

·         Preparing operational reports for the management to ensure efficiency
Requirements
·         A university degree or college diploma in business or related fields

·         3-5 years of administrative experience preferably in legal/ immigration settings

·         Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Email, MS Windows, Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales (CRM)

·         Any business administration or management course or certificate is a plus
