Wage Rate = 29.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week

Job Schedule = Morning, On call, Day, Weekend

Experience = 1 year to less than 2 years

On site = Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting = Café

Responsibilities

Tasks = Evaluate daily operations, Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, Monitor revenues to determine labour cost, Monitor staff performance, Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff, Set staff work schedules, Supervise staff, Train staff, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety, regulations are followed, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Supervision = 3-4 people

Credentials

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses = First Aid Certificate, Food Safety Certificate

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge = MS Excel, MS Office, Point of sale system

Additional information

Transportation/travel information = Valid driver's licence
