LLH Food Service Group is located at 305-5491 Regent St., Burnaby, BC V5C 4H4. We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Butcher-retail or wholesale. If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail or mail.

Position: Butcher-retail or wholesale

Wage: CAD $23.69 /hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 30~ 40 hours/week

Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·       Cut, trim, bone meats to prepare standard cuts;

·       Prepare meat for special displays and orders;

·       Wrap and package prepared meats;

·       Keep sales records and monitor supply to maintain inventory;

·       Ensure meats are clean and stored in safe conditions;

·       Follow safety standards and maintain workplace in sanitary conditions;

·       Supervise and train meat cutters.

Job requirements:

·       Completion of secondary school is required.

·       Completion of a college or other butchery training program, or 2-3 years of on-the-job training is required.

·       Skills demonstrations may be required
