LSF Immigration Consultants, doing business as Linda Salas & Associates, plans to add a practical, entrepreneurial BC lawyer in family, criminal, immigration or an adjacent area. Expertise in every field is not required.

Who this is for:

• You are a member in good standing of the Law Society

of British Columbia.

• You can independently manage matters within your

competency and know when to refer, collaborate or

decline.

• You communicate professionally in English and fluently

in Spanish, and want to build systems, trusted referrals

and a durable book of business.

What you will own:

• Advise and represent clients in agreed practice areas

with strong ethical, confidentiality and file-

management standards.

• Develop service workflows, precedents, pricing inputs

and quality controls for the legal practice.

• Collaborate with LSF's immigration team while

maintaining clear professional roles and, subject to

confirmed eligibility, supervise Linda's required law-

related practicum.

How success is measured:

• Sound legal work, timely file movement, clear client

communication and strong professional judgment.

• Compliant supervision, meaningful skill development,

responsible referral growth and repeatable systems -

never growth at the expense of ethics.
