Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage office calendars
  • Prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in an organized manner
  • Order and manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet visitors, clients, and delivery personnel in a professional manner
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute to participants
  • Support management team with various administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Languages: English
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
