About the Position
We are hiring a Kitchen Helper to assist our cooking staff with food preparation and kitchen maintenance. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone interested in the food service industry.
Responsibilities
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work surfaces
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans
- Receive and store food supplies
- Remove trash and recycling
- Assist cooks with basic food preparation tasks
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
Requirements
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours
